The Lambrusco grapes which are used in the production of this wine are grown in Emilia. This semi-sweet red wine gained its characteristic rich sparkle through the fermentation achieved using the "charmat-method". Ruby red in colour; Lambrusco is fresh and fruity, savory and aromatic, perfect with pizza, spaghetti and other pasta meals or as a party wine. Serve at a temperature of 8"-10'C.
