The space
The beach house can comfortably accommodate ten (10) up to a maximum of fifteen (15) guests. It features two (2) Seaview bedrooms: the master’s bedroom has a king bed, a double-deck (full bed + single bed), a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the sea; the second bedroom has three (3) double deckers (full bed + single bed in three sets) with its own bathroom and own deck facing the sea.

Other things to note
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of P2,000 is required prior to check-in. This is fully refundable upon check out provided no damages inside the property incurred during the stay and if the check-out schedule is followed accordingly.
Security Deposit with Pet Policy:
We can allow up to two (2) trained pets, subject to a 2,000 PHP deposit fee to pay upon check-in. It is important that pets wear diapers all the time and to make sure of proper diaper disposal. Please ensure to clean up after any mess made within the property.
The deposit is fully refundable and will be given upon check out provided there are no damages inside the property incurred during the stay.
